Eclipse lamp, a symbol of design

Created in 1982 by the Brazilian designer Mauricio Klabin, the Eclipse lamp is made from a single strip of polypropylene wrapped around itself. It is highly modular, with a shell-shaped shade that can be folded and unfolded as required. Its black metal base can be removed in the blink of an eye. This lamp with its original shapes has been designed around a simple concept that seeks to combine design and accessibility for all with exceptional objects: a unique opportunity to have a beautiful quality object at an unbeatable price! Produced by Objekto, it has been part of the renowned permanent collection at MoMA in New York since 2006.
