Creation of a recycling chain
Rhodia and its partners Renault, INDRA SAS / Re-source Industries, Steep and Mann & Hummel are embarking upon the creation of a recycling chain for polyamide obtained from End-of-Life Vehicles (ELVs), with a common desire to help develop solutions to meet the requirements of European regulations setting the minimum rate for recycling and recovery of ELVs at 95% from 2015.
Rhodia’s objective is to contribute towards the development of recycling chains offering end-of-life solutions for its products’ applications and to continue developing its range called “polyamide recyclé 4earth”™.
